CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 15 calendar days of the event are subject to forfeiture of 50% of conference fees. Within five days of the event, cancellations or no-shows are subject to forfeiture of the entire conference fee. All cancellations are subject to a $55 processing fee.

AUDIO/VIDEO/FILMING RELEASE:

I hereby give SVN the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, edit, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute the Content, in whole or in part, in any manner, in any medium, and to use and publish my name in connection with any such use or publication, for the purpose of education, promotion, advertising, trade, or otherwise in the course of SVN business. "Content" means any and all audio and video recordings and still images taken or made by or on the behalf of SVN at, during, or in connection with SVN’s Conferences.

DAY USE FACILITIES AND MEALS FEE:

Attendees staying off site are required to pay an additional fee of $126/day (on top of conference registration fees) to cover food and beverage, meeting space, and service charges.

**Children of Participants: SVN welcomes children of participants to our conferences and is happy to waive the conference registration fee for anyone under the age of 18. However, all children under 18 will need to pay the separate facility and meal fee charged by the hotel.

HARASSMENT POLICY:

SVN and its members actively promote an environment that is safe, positive, welcoming, caring, respectful and open for all staff, members, and guests. We are each responsible for creating this environment at SVN gatherings and events. As a conscious community, we must be aware of our actions and their impact on others. We cannot blur the lines of a caring, connecting community with one that feels predatory, no matter the intentions. Sexual, racial, or any other type of harassment will not be tolerated, and we ask each community member to act accordingly and speak up if a situation appears inappropriate. SVN takes all reports of harassment very seriously and is committed to a fair and open way of dealing with every situation.
